Jim O'Sullivan appointed as Undersheriff

Col. Jim O'Sullivan, a 17-year veteran with the Chesapeake Sheriff's Office, was appointed by newly re-elected Sheriff John R. Newhart as his second in command. As Undersheriff, Jim will assume the duties of the Sheriff in his absence.
